The Portland Cider Company crafts innovative hard ciders for creative thinkers, trailblazers, and the bold by partnering with local growers and artisans to source the highest quality ingredients and ideas. We are looking for a new addition to our cider making team, an enthusiastic, hardworking individual, with attention to detail, to assist our cidermakers in sweating the small stuff.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with cidermaking duties
• Coordinating activities and follow up with suppliers and service contractors
• Taking regular shifts on the canning line and keg washer
• Occasionally delivering cider and supplies to branch taprooms

Qualifications:

• Work experience in a cidery, brewery, winery, or other beverage production environment is preferred.
• Organized and proactive, with a "can-do" attitude is essential
• Driver's license with clean driving record
• Capable of lifting and handling 30lb boxes
• Forklift operation experience a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $40,000 - $45,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications
